Terms

Melodito creates songs using AI. You supply the story and must have permission to share it. Do not request imitation of real artists, quote existing songs, or submit hate, sexual content or inappropriate content involving children. We may reject these requests.

You can listen to two previews before paying. One free revision of your story or lyrics is included before purchase. Choose your version carefully before unlocking the full song; names, pronunciation and musical results can vary. We do not guarantee a particular emotional response or exclusive output.

Prices are displayed in USD before Waffo Checkout. Waffo acts as the seller (Merchant of Record) and handles payment, taxes and refunds. Payment unlocks the selected full version or both versions for personal gifting and sharing. Commercial redistribution requires checking the applicable provider license; no rights to third-party music or likenesses are granted.

If full-song generation fails and we cannot deliver, you receive a full refund. If you are unhappy with a preview, use the included free revision before paying. Digital purchases are otherwise non-refundable after payment, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise. Generation issues are reviewed for delivery or refund; contact us with your order link.

Previews expire after 7 days. Paid full songs can be downloaded for 1 year from payment. Save your download locally to keep it. You can request deletion at any time. Service availability and estimated completion times are not guaranteed.
