Privacy

We use the names, pronunciation, story, memories, email address and song choices you provide to create and deliver an AI-generated song. Do not submit sensitive information or someone else’s information without permission. A parent or guardian must submit stories about children.

Our processors are ElevenLabs (music generation and stored audio references), Google Gemini (lyrics, safety screening and audio transcription; Lyria music where eligible), Waffo (payments), Resend (email) and Cloudflare (website, D1 database, private R2 storage and Turnstile). Only information needed for each service is sent. Waffo is the Merchant of Record: the seller responsible for payments, taxes and refunds; we do not store card numbers. Processing may occur outside your country.

Our preview files and unpaid song records are deleted after 7 days by daily cleanup. Paid full songs and their lyrics are kept for 1 year from payment, then deleted. Private storage is used for audio; anyone with a preview link can listen to the preview and read its lyrics. Download and management access require an owner cookie or the private link sent by email. Do not share private email links.

You can delete a song from its result page whenever generation is complete, or request deletion by contacting us. Deleted website data may persist in processor systems according to their own retention policies; we can assist with processor deletion requests. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting and dispute resolution.

We use essential cookies for private access and human verification. First-party event records measure visits, form starts, previews, checkout and delivery; campaign parameters are kept in a 7-day cookie. IP addresses and emails are hashed for daily generation limits. We do not sell your story or use advertising trackers.
