A custom song from your story.

Golden coat and a sandy nose
You ran where the cold tide comes and goes
You'd drag the biggest stick you'd find
And drop it at my feet like it was mine

Oh, Max, you were the sunshine on the shore
Ten years of waiting by the door
And every evening I came home
You made sure I never walked alone

Mmm

You'd lay your head down on the mat
Listening for my keys, my coat, my hat
The leaves were turning when you said goodbye
An autumn wind and a softer sky

Oh, Max, you were the sunshine on the shore
Ten years of waiting by the door
And every evening I came home
You made sure I never walked alone

Thank you for the sticks, the sand, the rain
For every time you ran to me again

Mmm

Run on, Max, the shore is wide
I'll find you on the other side
